E-Z Movers Launches Money-Saving Winter Specials

E-Z Movers offers Winter SpecialsE-Z Movers, a professional moving company in Chicago, recently announced a group of winter specials designed to help local and long-distance movers save money on their relocation needs.

These specials are in effect from December 21st of 2012 through February 28th of 2013.

Why people move in winter

Most people assume that the winter months are the worst time to relocate. While summer is the most popular time of the year to move, there are some advantages to relocating while it’s cold and snowy—especially if the destination for Chicago movers is a warmer climate, which is an advantage in itself.

During the winter, moving companies aren’t as busy. This means customers are usually able to schedule their moves at the most convenient times for them, rather than taking whatever day is open. Premium moving dates, like weekends, are more likely to be available in winter.

Another benefit is that moving companies, such as E-Z Movers, typically offer lower rates for a variety of services over the winter, which is the off-season for them.

Winter specials from E-Z Movers

E-Z Movers is offering several free services for local moves. Through February 28th, 2013, local movers in Chicago receive:

  • 15 free moving boxes—five large, five medium, and five small;
  • Five free rental wardrobe boxes;
  • 3 months’ free storage at E-Z Movers’ secure, climate-controlled storage facility.

Long distance movers can take advantage of E-Z Movers’ winter discount rates, starting at just $799 for a long-distance move. Three months of free storage is also included with this package.

Customers can learn more about the specials and reserve their winter moves online on the E-Z Movers website or by contacting Certified Moving Consultants at E-Z Movers.
